They seemed straightforward and explained the differences in a way that made sense, at least from what I could tell. Maybe I was expecting responses a little faster, but it did take longer than I thought it would. I also ended up double-checking a few things on my own just to feel sure I was making the right choice. Overall, it was a decent experience and the guidance was useful, but I do think it could’ve been a bit smoother.
